I’d like to start this important article off by saying that it was not written with any Political or Religious bias. Because of my book series on Longevity and Anti-Aging, I always want the public to think about how thoughts and actions will affect their physical and mental health. Therefore, the following paragraphs are meant to be a wake-up call for many that are doing things that can lead to relationship problems, health issues, and potential jail time.
